Massaging media, influencer & business relationships with Secret Spa

With an expansion planned for the North West, Secret Spa, the UK’s most trusted mobile beauty and wellness service offering salon and spa treatments, tasked us with a two month campaign to gain as much traction in the run up to Christmas by engaging media, influencers & businesses to build up a loyal fan base.

What we did.

We first introduced the Secret Spa brand to our regional media, not only shouting about the experience but also gifting them the opportunity to try it out for themselves to build up trust between them and the brand. To further engage media, using a bank of Secret Spa’s own statistics, we created unique hooks for media, increasing brand awareness on both a regional and national scale. 

Next, we utilised our local influencer contacts to build up trust in the Secret Spa brand by offering a gifted treatment in return for sharing their honest feedback on the experience with their followers. We built bespoke referral codes into our influencer activity to track success and inform potential ambassadors for Secret Spa going forwards. 

We also tapped into our network of local businesses to increase awareness of the offering and build a rapport between Secret Spa and its new partners.
